TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read this Terms of Service carefully.

― GENERAL TERMS☆ The Artist has the right to deny the incoming request if the request is far from her ability.☆ Clients have the right to ask for a refund if the order is not finished within 3 months.☆ If the client didn't state a clear deadline, please don't rush the artist. The artist will inform you regularly within 3 days of the progression OR when the progress has been continued to the next step.☆ The Artist has all rights over the piece of the commission she illustrated, such as uploading the piece of commission to her personal websites, galleries, and portfolios.
If the client wished for the commission result be kept hidden from the artist's gallery, client will be charged +10%.☆ For Personal commission, the client may use the work for profile picture, icon, and edit but please credit the artist.☆ For Commercial commission, the commission will be charged 2x of the base price. Please state the usage of the commission to lessen the chance of misunderstanding.☆ The minimum resolution the artist will use for a piece of commission is 2000 x 2000 px or A5 size.― PAYMENT TERMS
☆ The currency the artist accepts is USD for overseas clients and IDR for Indonesian clients. The Artist WILL NOT accept overseas clients to purchase in IDR price. However, client may ask help for a conversion if they don't wish to use USD currency.☆ The payment MUST BE DONE UPFRONT. Payments can be done with two options:
- 50% upfront and 50% after color sketch
- 100% upfront☆ The artist will NOT refund a finished commission.☆ If major changes are requested after lineart, the artist will give an additional charge.

- Suggestive actions

- Political and Offensive requests (esp. racist)
- Mecha
- Bara
- NOTPs (I only have 2 Notps which is the opposite of my otp stated in bio)
- Realism
- AI Retouch
